By 2026 the first site was two years behind the work going out to clients, and anyone comparing the two could see it.

The first vulkancreative.com launched the agency in 2024 and did its job for two years. It stopped matching the work: the services had grown into six pillars with child services under them, projects and case studies needed room to be read rather than a line in a grid, and none of that fitted a structure built for a smaller offer. Version two started from an empty theme folder.

Everything above the code is the forge. A marble statue rendered in 3D in the hero, ember red on near black, sharp corners and Archivo display type, dark-first with light mode as the opt-out. Structure carries the rest: six service pillars with their child services under them, a page behind every one, and a hub above the set that routes a visitor to the right one.

Underneath, every string on every page is an editable field, the animation switches off for anyone whose device asks for less motion, and a block builder puts a campaign landing page together in hours rather than days. Work entries, case studies and articles publish from plain text files instead of being pasted into an admin screen. This page is one of them.
